How does SportyBet Ghana log in work?

First, enter your registered Ghana mobile number and your password, then press the Login button. Then, on the desktop site, the login form sits in the top-right corner of the header. It shows a “+233” country code, a Mobile Number box, a Password box and a red Login button.

Meanwhile, for SportyBet Ghana log in on a phone, use the “Log in” button in the header of the mobile site. In addition, the desktop header shows a “Keep me signed in” tick box under the form. It was ticked by default when we checked on 26 September 2026. Therefore, untick it on any shared or public device.

What do I need before I can log in?

You need an existing SportyBet Ghana account, so register first if you do not have one. First, SportyBet says registration is completely free of charge. To register, visit the SportyBet Ghana website and click “Register” in the top-right corner, then follow the steps, according to the SportyBet Ghana help page. Also, the homepage shows an Instant Registration box with a +233 mobile number field.

In addition, you must be 18 or older. SportyBet states that it is strictly forbidden for anyone under 18 to open an account or use its services.

How do I reset a forgotten SportyBet password?

If your SportyBet Ghana log in fails, first check that the number matches the one you registered with. Then click “Forgot Password?” under the login area and follow the steps on screen. In fact, this is SportyBet’s own instruction for retrieving a password. The link appears next to the Login button on the desktop site, so you do not need to log in first.

However, a forgotten username is handled differently. SportyBet says you should contact its support team if you have forgotten your username. As a result, keep a note of your username somewhere safe once you have set it.

How do I change my password after logging in?

First, go to “My Account (Me)”, choose “My Account (Me) Info” and click “Change Password”, then follow the steps. For example, change it if you think someone else has seen it, or if you used the same password on another site. Moreover, pick a password you do not use anywhere else.

Besides that, the same area lets you update your personal details. Log in, open “My Account (Me)”, go to “My Account (Me) Info” and select “Profile”.

Can I change my SportyBet username?

Yes. However, SportyBet says you can change your username as many times as you like, but only through Sporty Social. If you have a Sporty Social account, its username is linked to your SportyBet profile name. Consequently, changing one updates the other automatically.

What can I do once I am logged in?

After that, you can place bets, manage your account and withdraw money. To withdraw, go to “My Account (Me)” and press the “Withdraw” button, enter the amount and confirm. SportyBet says winnings are sent to your Mobile Money account after you confirm.

SportyBet also states these points on its help page:

First, withdrawals carry no fees. Then, withdrawals below GH₵7,500 per transaction are processed instantly, and you should contact SportyBet if one is not. In addition, the maximum sports payout per bet is GH₵1,500,000, and the daily maximum winnings per user are GH₵3,000,000. Finally, a betslip can hold up to 50 selections, or up to 15 for a system bet.

Is SportyBet licensed in Ghana?

Yes, and SportyBet appears on the Gaming Commission of Ghana’s list of licensed operators for sports betting. The list shows an entry with the trade name SPORTYBET, issued on 1 January 2026, expiring on 31 December 2026 and located in Accra. Therefore, you can check it on the Gaming Commission of Ghana licensed operators page.

How do I keep my SportyBet account safe?
